Some one forgot the toast!

My own homemade Jimmy Dean's spicy style sausage. Just finished a batch now. This requires a photo sequence to see the process so sorry for the bandwidth. Had to use 500 pixel wide images to keep everyone happy. To keep it Thai related food besides being made here, I double up on the hot spices such as black pepper, crushed Cayenne pepper and powdered red Cayenne pepper. Anyone want the recipe, feel free to ask.

The Spices and the final mix

Minced pork 1+ kG Packaged and 2nd pic ready for spicing

Spices sprinkled on and then thoroughly mixed

Making the paddies and all done ready for the freezer

A Gut Liner prior to Beer Time.

Pork hock cooked in a crockpot with tomato paste,onions and selected herbs and spices also pre steamed then stirfried vegies with a Cha-Ometette.

Not a lot of meat on this last piece of hock,Abhisit will finish off what's left tonight. (there won't be anything left within 2 or 3 minutes)

Yummy ^ Must try pork hock sometime!

I've realized lately that Pork belly has delicious crackling!

Chicken and leek pie with pasta in a mild curry sauce , Thai condiments for appreciation only .

One cannot put " Stink-fish " on a pie , can one ?

This mornings breakfast.Tomato and onions with half a can of baked beans along with a cha-omelette.

Looks like a dogs breakfast but I tell you it scrubbed up real good,very tasty.

wow, apparently there is no distinction between "food photography" and snapshots of dinner.

We don't traditionally have judges here. The value of photo can be great setup and professionally executed photo.. or it can be a fond memory of the moment.

We have also seen how the snapshots have turned into pretty great photos over the years. Taking photos is fun learning experience at the best.

Nah .... we don't get too fussy about things like that around here .... many people take snapshots of food or dinner ....
