Can You Recommend An Oral/maxillofacial Surgeon In Pattaya Area?

Featured Replies

A friend of mine has a large cyst or tumour in his jaw.

Has anybody had experience of maxillofacial/oral surgery in hospitals local to Pattaya and can they recommend their surgeon?

Thanks very much for your help.

The OP is looking for treatment local to Pattaya so I will move this to Pattaya, we can always move back if nothing comes up.

I think you would have a much better selection of qualified surgeons in BKK. I would start at dentalhospitalbangkok.com I have been using them for the past 10 years and have always had great quality work at fair prices. My father was an dental surgeon so I have a fairly good for the good work.

BKK Patt Hospital has quite a few specialists in this field. Finding one specific to your problem is what you need to do.

This is where I go also for major work. Minor stuff in Pattaya, major work at the dental hospital in BKK. 4 floors of dental experts. Great place.

From the sound of the problem you need not a dental hospital but a general hospital with specialists in head and neck surgery. In addition, it needs to be a hospital with a cancer center in the event the tumor proves malignant, as additional treatments (radiation, maybe chemo) may be indicated.

You will not find what you need in Pattaya.

Vejthani Hospital in Bangkok is my recommendation:

Not too far from Pattaya, just an hour and a half or so, no need to enter downtown BKK. . Motorway to the 3344 exit (Srinagarainda) , north on Srinagarind to Lardprao

This looks very serious indeed and as Sheryl has pointed out no one will be able to help in Pattaya so will move back to the health forum.
