OK finally figured out how to work around my connection problem... just take out the SIM card blink.png now I know where it is!!! biggrin.pngthumbsup.gif

Generally the quality on the Nokia 603 is excellent... little or no adjustments needed! (The other image of same falls previously posted was with my Canon 60D)

Here is the Secret Water Falls on Koh Samui.

First shot here taken with Nokia Phone... no adjustments... much better detail and colour!

Almost same shot, taken with my Canon 60D (on auto setting) and had to adjust contrast !

actually...its the video clips I get from my phone which really blow me away...the HD is great...just that the phones are so lightweight that camera shake is a problem (and my old shaky hands)

I was rather impressed with this, not the old baldy in the photo, but because it was using the backward facing camera and not the main one.

One thing I noticed with these topics is I'm looking around myself a lot more for opportunities, some I would probably ignored previously. HTC Desire again.

it's a bit of motivation to take pics I would not normally take! Only problem now is my hard drive on the Mac Air is full ...... w00t.gif ... some seriously deleting with the rubbish shots... so tedious! sad.png

Today i was standing motionless staring at a tree thinking of how i would take this shot if i onlyhad my camera on me... "a colleague slapped me in the back and asked if i was ok, what are you staring at?"
