It's the worst kept secret in the ethernet. A former TV member, Ice Maiden, smarmily informed me she knew about it from inception. (not hard to guess who told her). Several members here disobeyed rule #1.

I agree (not the bit about wolfies ###### though) I like Booney and his posting style and i'm sure that if he knows "absolutely No politics" here, only piss taking allowed, he'll abide by it.

Sorry Jeff.. I didn't mean it as a dig at your post, but more a reaction to the " can we invite this one or that one ". Like you I was happy as it was.

My reaction was like that simply because at this rate that is what's going to happen to The Underground in the end.

The easiest way is to deny knowledge, it was just TD trying to stir up.. we've got Bedlam of course but that's it

If we start letting every Tom Dick and Harry in here, it will be the start of the slow death... we may as well cut our losses now, merge it with bedlam or delete it and give up.

I mean no disrespect for Boon Mee, he's a fantastic poster, and it's not just him either, there's many we could do without in here, but lets face it.. some people have agendas they can't get rid off, and BM and some like him just can't help but bring politics into posts... we've seen it time and time again...

I thought the whole idea was to get away from the whole "Bedlam" mess and have somewhere where certain members can have a free reign and moderate themselves. It's working well, and I like the bunch in here now.

I think Tots just conveyed my feelings very well. I have no problem with Boon Mee either. That isn't the point. The point is that The Underground is supposed to be exclusive. Without this exclusivity, it will turn itself into Bedlam which I barely even read anymore. This area, while being slow due to limited membership, is exactly what was missing in TV. That small town feeling where everyone knows each other and everyone gets along. Its the same feeling TV had when it first started and there weren't nearly all these people. I missed that atmosphere for a long time and now feel its been recaptured with The Underground. Lets not mess it up. I am not telling anyone who to let in or not, lets just be smart ok?
