Trump Just Pulled Out Of The Debate
Yah, yah. Dems are always pretending to high intelligence in the absence of evidence-based, logical argument and believe their word suffices. 🙂 Trump won the election over Hillary, who's a lot smarter than Harris. 'Nuff said. No. It's Harris who wants notes to tell her the answers and is trying to change the rules that were already set and previously agreed to. -

Trump Just Pulled Out Of The Debate
Seems you might be the one who is disorganised, to hear her policies you need to watch her speeches instead of watching Faux News. Funnily Trump's has disavowed his policies, you know the ones he has set out in his Project 25. -

Bangkok could be submerged in seven years warns economist
Politicians don't listen to scientists, maybe an economist has a better shot at being heard. You might also notice insurance companies are hiking premiums in areas that are vulnerable to climate change. Coast or bush, it's all the same to them. They don't get to live in huge skyscrapers by placing their risk bets on the wrong side of the ledger. Those large lending corporations are going to be sh!tting themselves, when the properties they have loaned money on can no longer be insured. -

The Gold that glitters...
"All that glisters is not gold— Often have you heard that told. Many a man his life hath sold But my outside to behold. Gilded tombs do worms enfold. Had you been as wise as bold, Young in limbs, in judgment old, Your answer had not been inscrolled Fare you well. Your suit is cold." ~ The Prince of Morocco (Merchant of Venice, Act II Scene 7 - William Shakespeare) -

Savannahkhet?
I don't see the problem to just stay 2 nights in a hotel in Laos and then go back to Thailand. There are hotels less than 1000 bth for a few nights. -

Using an overseas Debit Card to minimise paying tax for those of us staying over 180 days
I was originally in the “No Tax For The Gifter” but what little I’ve read on it from the Tax experts says it’s a complicated area & if audited you’re at the mercy of TRD agreeing it’s a gift with no absolute rules to rely on. They recommend you make the Gift outside of Thailand, document that it’s a Gift & then the receiver of the Gift is remitting income to themselves which they can show is non-assessable.- 1

Dentist Seeks Aid After Year-Long Harassment from Antisocial Neighbour - video
In Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, a 36-year-old dentist is urgently seeking assistance after experiencing nearly a year of persistent antisocial behaviour from a woman living next to his clinic. Despite repeated appeals, local authorities have failed to act on his complaints. Since opening his dental clinic in the Dan Khun Tod district in 2018, the dentist has faced growing disruption from the woman next door, especially since her husband's passing last year. Initially, they had no direct interaction, but her behaviour took a troubling turn thereafter. The dentist reported the following incidents during a press conference on August 26: the woman sprayed water over his clinic’s windows and doors, placed rocks and rubbish under cars, kicked refuse at a patient's child—accusing the child of telepathically disturbing her—hid patients' shoes, and wrote the word “Die” on car windows. Fearing for the safety of his patients, the dentist lodged complaints with the local police and contacted municipal officials, yet no action has been taken as the woman avoids confrontation by hiding indoors when authorities arrive. Ekkaphop Lueangprasert, the founder of the non-profit Saimai Survive, announced that they would assist in arranging a mental health evaluation for the woman. Should mental illness be diagnosed, appropriate treatment will be pursued. If none is found, the foundation will press for legal action. The dentist continues to seek resolution to ensure the safety and well-being of his patients and himself.
