Remember if you are flying through the Middle east to check the legality there. Even transit passengers are can be checked and many common medicines are completely banned.

As Sheryl suggested, Zolpidem 10mg will do the trick with no hangover like you get from the 'pams.

He may have meant alprazolam. That is a benzo and even more strictly controlled than zopidem. Highly addictive and serious penalties for illegal possession.
