Try either แคชเชียร์ เช็ค or เช็ค ธนาคาร. There is really no special Thai word as far as I know.

ดร๊าฟธนาคาร or just ดร๊าฟ

The former is slightly commoner on the internet than ดราฟท์ธนาคาร, but ดร๊าฟ is significantly commoner than ดร๊าฟต์, ดร๊าฟท์, ดราฟต์ or ดราฟท์. At last, a Thai word genuinely ending in ฟ! :o
