Tat Web Site - Chiang Rai Events & Festivals = Blank

Featured Replies

At the time of writing this, the TAT web site here listing Chiang-Rai/Events-Festivals reads as follows:
"Option in Chiang Rai, Thailand In addition to the regularly celebrated national events and festivals, Chiang Rai has the following annual events:"

The rest is blank, and unless my computer is blocking some invisible scripts, this is really not acceptable for a National Tourist Office.

Frommers Guide to Chiang Rai events here gives a similar result.

In all my Google searches for events in Chiang Rai, the best I came up with was here and Joel Barlow's otherwise excellent and very detailed website here (well done Joel - a superb contribution to tourism) was somewhat useful.

The rest of the web (from what I could find in a hurry) was most mostly plagiarised junk.

Conclusion: There seems to be no authoritative updated web site on this subject? Does anybody know of one?
