Not expecting much luck with this. Just arrived back to the hotel, and the housekeeper has thrown away my last packet of Gudang Garams.

Are they available anywhere in Samui?

I am not far from Big C and Fisherman's Bend off the ring road.

They would be more likely found in a night market, import shop, or specialist tobacco shop.

Anyone seen any?

15 years of dedicated smoking on Samui and I can tell you, no, not available anywhere.

And I've never come across a 'specialist tobacco shop' here either. Sampet supermarket in Nathon even has the same Malaysian brand I bring back from border runs (but at 33 baht a pack instead of the Malaysian 17 baht). (Much the same as LM.)

But not these.

Not strictly relevant to SVB's initial request, but as a huge fan of kreteks(before quitting cigs) they were very difficult to find. One place that always had was Khao San rd. Small shop selling smokes and luggage up toward the Gullivers end on same side of the street always had Gudang Garam and Sampoerna.
