Hi, my husband is determined to live in Chaing Mai. He was in Phuket in Jan. for a month and fell in Love. I will not be going. He is 65 and handicapped. He wants to rent a house or something in the area of CM or CR. He can pay about 12-15,000 bht a month. It should be furnished with a tv and a bed. perfer a pool. Will also need a housekeeper- 24-7. Sounds crazy, but he wants to do this and I won't stop him, so I must help him.
