Does anyone here know if a DTLLS qualification from the UK is accepted by the TCT as a valid teaching credential.

Sorry but I don't know the answer. What I do know is if you have a DTLLS and a portfolio to substantiate your teaching experience, then you can apply to the IfL (Institute for Learning) for QTLS, which is now equivalent to QTS under UK legislation - and with QTLS you are authorised in the UK to teach any age range, from primary to adult.
