Mising Menu Options

I just noticed that there are some "menu options" (links) that appear in almost every other forum, that don't appear in the Bedlam forum.

I'm referring to the bar that is just below the upper most banner, that has the link to thaivisa.com/Forum Rules/Send SMS ect.

Here is what most of the forums look like:

Not a big deal I suppose (obviously not too many people have notice it missing)

(as you can see, my hand is a little shaky when drawing the little circle. I should have also made sure I had the most recent reply in "The Final Word" thread, and then included that piece in the pic ! )
