March 21, 200619 yr Along the top it says "Quality Rayong Shrimp Paste, Made From Real Shrimp." Rayong is a province of Thailand, it just means it was made there. The big word in the middle is simply the brand name, อันดา "Anda". The bottom line is the address of the company. So, yeah, it's shrimp paste (in Thai, กะปิ kapi).
