I have a fully furnished 3 bed house with pool on soi 88. It is with a rental agent at the moment but I am hardly ever contacted, ( most communication is initiated by me) the house is only let for about three months a year, and there is always a delay in money going into my account.

Does anyone know of a reliable agent maybe someone they have done business with? I work abroad most of the year so I am somewhat at the mercy of the agent.

From what I hear people say (I've never used any agent myself) 2nd-home is one of the few with all-around good reputation in Hua Hin.

2nd Home and Star Properties both have good reputations as far as I know, and my Mrs. was in the business for three years a while back, so knows most of them.

Also, we were just looking for a rental by driving around looking for signs. There were not a lot like in previous years and we saw more signs by a company called Room By Room asking for rental properties to market than we saw actual rentals so you may want to try them also as it seems they have may more customers than they have homes to rent.
