Yesterday I saw one sprout of wild Trocholoma Crassum started coming up from casing material..

There were more sprouts and they developed to a flush of wild Tricholoma classum.

They are not very large as I expected.

But the yield is very good for growing this mushroom on 100% rice straw substrate.

And we found that our local wild Tricholoma Crassum tastes better than Milky mushroom.

I have now, nor never grow mushrooms ... but love ready what you are doing ... thumbsup.gif

Rainy season is coming back. I am preparing Tricholoma crassum substrate bags for returning the mushroom back into the nature in Korat.
