A lot of people in this Village have gone to Bangkok to support the red shirts and when they come back they brag about how much the red shirt organization paid them -- Ok, now the question -- How much are they being paid?

I am getting at least three different answers when I ask.

My wife's uncle took his truck loaded with people from the village for the protests a few years ago. He said he made big money as he was paid for his truck and an extra for every person he brought. He would have never gone if he didn't get paid. Which makes sense as these villagers have very little money. He said it was a great time. Drinking, eating, and partying with all the others.
