A dog's simulation of the sex act on another dog has nothing to do with sex.

It is just a demonstration of who is "top-dog".

1) Have they made an error in the relationship?

2) Are you suggesting that the Prime Minister (or the Foreign Minister) is a Holy Prophet from God to whom you have been bending your knees and raising your bum, at least 5 times a day?
