The devil is in the metabolism,

i used to eat whatever i felt like,

i drank more beer than most alcoholic veterans,

i didnt do squat beside playing computer, drink beer and watch go-go girls,

still no fat came to me.

Now OTOFH i add weight even tho i over-train, drink no beer,

and try to cut down on icecream/cookies/candy/etc,

it's the MF metabolism, its the F**** age
