English test on Samui?

The Mrs needs do the A! basic English litening and speking test for a visa application, does anyone know if this is possible on Samui or will it have to be Bangkok?

near hotel call bandara in manam advertise english teaching and thai teaching never been in though so dont knwo the quality, it is on the same side of the road as bandara coming out of bandara walk right keep walking past 2 travekl shops then across a small dirt road is the language school
