Private tuition - Thai

Featured Replies

Want to make a serious effort to learn the language. Does anyone have any recommendations for private tutors who come to your home?

I'm in the Khaotalo area.

One I found advertising somewhere quoted me 500 baht per hour, minimum 20 hours course. Included book and dvd. Thought it sounded a bit on the high side...

My wife and I are taking lessons at home. Two hour sessions, twice per week. 700 THB per session for both of us, so I don't know what the individual rate would be. Nor do I know if he is taking on additional students.

Our teacher actually lives very close to Khao Talo, so it might work.

I will next see him on Wednesday morning for our lesson, and will ask him. PM an email address/phone number to me to give him if he is indeed interested in contacting you.

Did you ever find a decent teacher ? I'd be interested as well ...

Thanks,

luudee
