European Xbox connecting in Bangkok

Hi I have bought my daughter a XBOX in Europe and can't get it online here in Bangkok, I always get a error message whether I use my Thai or my eurpean adress,

Does anyone have a tip how to fix it? I already asked True and they just said I need to change the settings.

Better even if you have someone who can do it for us.
