Obtaining Kor Ror 22, is a trip to MOFA in Bangkok required?
Once you've registered your overseas marriage at an Amphur, then each year when applying for a 1-year extension you have to obtain a new KR 22, which can be obtained from any Amphur. My wife and I have a procedure each year. After preparing copies of the relevant documents, on the day I intend to submit my application, I go to the bank to update my passbook, and request a 3 month statement + Immigration letter, whilst the wife nips to the local Amphur for an updated KR2 before we then proceed to visit the Immigration office. The purpose of supplying an updated KR 2/22 each year is to prove you're still legally married. If you divorced at any time, this would be recorded on the database and the Amphur would refuse to issue a KR 2/22. The fact they issue it means for all intents and purposes you are still legally married. -

Opinion Trump is ruling America like a petty, vindictive mob boss
Are you allowed to go there, buddy? Or are the rules of your employment contract restricting your movements in Pattaya? PS. Who cares? The dozens (hundreds?) of contractors he stiffed perhaps? What do you think? -

Motivation to be a fulltime monk
What drives us to Nana Plaza? Recent news seems to indicate that many monks get free rides in the temples. -

Report Press Freedom in Question as White House Ousts WSJ Over Epstein-Linked Coverage
Well so far he hasn't shown us the kind of tendencies that truly evil men like Stalin and Hitler wreaked upon humanity. I do think he's capable of tremendous destruction, as he's showing us right now. Whether or not he leans toward being a genocidal maniac, so far he's only demonstrating that in his continued support of the Israeli genocide, and his withdrawal of life-saving medicine and food aid, from the poorest people on the planet. -

Motivation to be a fulltime monk
Dumb topic. Ask a monk. Or read "What The Buddha Never Taught" by Tim Ward.
