Your numbers look fine. If the ADSL modem shows "Attainable Rate" as yours does, you don't need to worry too much about the SNR or Attenuation because the attainable rate is calculated by the modem using those numbers. If the attainable rate is ok then generally, the other two must be ok too.

Your attainable rate of 26640 down & 1232 is very healthy but the "Rate" (which is the speed you are actually connected at) of 5884 down is rather low. That indicates that the local DSLAM and telephone cables are capable of a high speed but your ISP is throttling your connection down to about 5Mbps.

What is the package speed that you are paying for from the ISP?

Very good downstream and upstream attenuation values and SNR values...this indicates you have a very good physical line connection between your modem and the DSLAM which could be several kilometers away, but in your case most likely much closer. And like Dork said above the Rate (speed) you are actually getting over that line is low unless maybe you are only paying for a 6Mb download speed plan...and even then you should be getting a little more that 6Mb for your Rate.
