Who said bars wernt making money?
There is a huge different between the asking price and what they will maybe sell it for. I am sure there are still lots of guys out there who love the idea to own a bar and have too much money. But more realistic people, like people who own other bars in that area, wouldn't pay so much. -

Had this one a couple of weeks back. Best burger I've had for some time. Double "Trucker" smash burger from Barney's Burger Joint on Soi 23. THB 260. Not the easiest thing to eat but well worth the effort. -

Breast cancer with raised underarm lymph nodes.
As others have said, there have bern enormous advances in treatment of breast cancer. Lymph node involvement alone does not necessarily mean a terminal prognosis. If biopsy results are not yet in, there is no way doctor can have confirmed this is cancer so that statement alarms me. Where is she being treated? Change in both hospital and doctor may be advisable. -

Just curious - how did you arrive at the 500,000 baht value of a life ? I do agree with your sentiment - make the penalties for such behavior so severe that it serves as a deterrent, as for now, I see the lack of severity of penalties and ineffective policing actually enabling such reckless driving standards and road behavior.- 1
