The new LeapMotion controller for PC and Mac has come out in the US and Europe recently. A very interesting device.

It is a 'mouse-like' input device with sensors that can read all your fingers in 3D space.

I wonder whether it has found its way to Thailand or not. Does anyone know places in BKK or elsewhere that sell it? Or maybe its available online?

Thx for any help!

Price is great. I had no idea such device out there.

I should look into it and perhaps order one. It would be great if it can be used to navigate xbmc aswell.

thx sensei for your advice!

the device comes with an app store with apps written for it, wich is regularly updated. check out their homepage.

you can of course control windows 7/8 and mac with it as well.

You can buy it online, next day delivery from singapore.

It would be helpful if you cold tell which web site you can buy this leapmotion device.

I'll probably buy one to play around, however it comes with some limitations. It will not work like airmouse out of the box. It will not work if you are far away from your TV / Computer. They say use USB extension cable and put leap motion close to your couch if you want to use it on your tv. It seems max. distance is 2 meters.

Still can't find a real review on youtube which is made by consumers, not by leap motion. Wondering how it performs under windows 8, some media center, some games outside of Leapmotion Airspace appstore. It also shows ability to use virtual keyboard somewhere but not enough info?

I looked into this a few days ago but the reviews aren't too up about it, at least in it's current iteration. Mostly that it has potential.

Neowin also has a personal unboxing review.

We all want to be Tony Starks, don't we?

It's a novelty as of the moment. You'll enjoy it until all the gestures get your arms tired.

For Mac users, get FLUTTER, it is the Leap Motion's little brother.
