Any recommendations?

Preferably one who can pick up my friend at my condo and bring him to Cha-am (with travel luggage, so no bus or minivan recommendations please).

Hopefully one which speaks a little 'good enough' English so I can give directions to my condo (I speak some Thai, but not fluent).

Flag down any taxi and ask their price, usually about 1800 bht add a tip 299 easy

Or lash out for a limo 3000 bht
