Although can not answer specific to Korat expect you want to see doctor in hospital setting ASAP to rule out serious immediate issues and not wait for a night clinic (which is probably the only option for such a doctor outside of hospital - if there are any - off duty private practice).

So far the hospitals I have called St Marys and the Soldier Hospital, the eye doctor is unavailable. Others no answer, Earliest, the Soldier after 4pm--maybe. So far no flashing lights in the eye and the number of floaters seems to be less ,but one very good size one just off from center.
