I need to add a layer of cement plaster on an existing concrete floor. Not thick enough to be able to use concrete.

Can I get ready mixed plaster from Global House etc that would be strong enough to take walking on?

A brand name would be helpful, thanks.

Is a bonding agent sufficient, or do I need to also cut grooves/ roughen the existing concrete?
