Since Thailand is tropical, this tree might be everywhere.

Word is that the health benefits of many parts of this tree is immense.

You can google the name and find out for yourself. I have just started drinking the tea, chewing the flower buds, and sprinkling the ground leaves on most of my meals. Its too early to tell if they are working as in the books. I still take my atelenolol and and amlodipine with analapril. I think I got more energy and lost a few pounds already.

Anyone with more input should share with others. The hype is just huge to be ignored.

It grows in Hawaii, Jamaica, and pretty anywhere tropical.

Thank me later.

Moringa leaf is used as cattle feed !

If humans can benefit from consuming this leaf then I see no harm in trying it!smile.png

The leaf is said to contain vegetable protein, calcium, potassium, vitamin A, and vitamin C.

It's touted to be helpful for blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.

Just wondering why a detailed study has not been made about it. May be because the big firms can't get gain much out of it as it grows everywhere.
