You don't say where you are...... however in BKK try Panthip Plaza, in Pattaya try Tukcom. They're the only places I can suggest.

The best place to get that kind of stuff is the shop on Kampaeng Din Road south of Thapae Rd on the left side.

4gb DDR2 are like gold dust - never seen them here (other than online). Seen 1/2 at Panthip Plaza (Night Bazaar) on the 1st (2nd for Americans) floor. The flashy shops mostly only DDR3, but the other have both - you may need to ask.
