Assuming you mean that the labels lie about the size, you know you can try on any item of clothing in any decent store here?

When I buy formal shirts, casuals, jeans or whatever, I always try every item on. It's a hassle but it's the only way I can make sure my gut isn't sticking out too much :D

Even different labels at the same rack will vary in actual size, but have the same size on the label. You can't even trust the same brands to be the same size. :o

Alternatively carry a tape measure with you to measure the chest/ waist size..............i find it easier than chewing on trying things on. :D
