Just had a call asking if there serving alcohol today

Have a friend in Krabi whos thinking about ciming over for the night and wanted to check first.

Anyone know for sure ? Bit of a way to travel for a night out if the bars are closed.

No elections AFAIK. Think there was some religious day yesterday (Saturday) marked on our Thai calander.

I just bought beer from 7-Eleven, which tends to follow the rules, so I don't think there will be a problem. Personally, I think government's policies on alcohol sales are appalling, borderline retarded.
