I saw a picture of him with Chirac..... (I think the caption under the photo read something like "What the Fukc do you want?") Tony Blair I beleive was otherwise engaged as he had made an appointment to pick his nose.. which he considered far more important than meeting a "has-been" PM.

Hong Kong will probabaly welcome hism as he has Bank Accounts there (as long as he is not planning to withdraw any cash0
