Well done you three. All the best and, don't get too used to him sleeping. The nights will soon grow very short/long(depending on who's side you're looking from :o )...... :D:D

:D

Does this mean he's going to have to get a job :o

Well we are 3 days into it now, and all is well. Mum is feeling a lot better after spending several hours squeezing an object the size of a watermeoln out. :o

Baby Joe is grand, he is so cute, i dont even mind changing his nappies.

We have my mum staying with us, so she is making life a lot easier :D She has looked after him the last couple of nights, to give us a chance to catch up on some sleep.

Its funny though everyone fusses around mum and baby, and they all seem to forget abou daddy :D Its ok for mum and baby, all they are doing is eating, sleeping and shitting while poor old daddy is doing all the running around and the hard work :D:D

Only joking, after watching childbirth, i have upmost respect for any woman that has a child, that seriously looked like it hurt A LOT But he has withouht a doubt been worth it :D

Thanks again everyone. :D:D

To lamphun, funny you should mention jobs. I started my new job on Tuesday at 6 am and by 0715 i was on my way to the hospital, and havent been back since :D But they have been really understanding about it, and i go back on Monday. So a couple more days of posting then back to work

Gonna call him "MiniDaley" eh? I prefer his real name, Joe, so I will keep calling him that. It's the best name in the world! :o

LOL ok trip you call him Joe, i wonder why you would think that is the best name in the world? :o

Well it is early morning, got woken up by the little tyke at 5am, shitty nappy and bottle and he is back to sleep, but unfortunately no more sleep for me. Good thing though it gives me a chance to have a read through some of the threads i have been missing :D

You can always tell who has got the newly born kids, Dale, as they're up and posting at 06:38 on a Saturday morning.

All the best,

Scouse.

Woken up at 5am ??????????????????????

We good bar drinkers haven't thought about going home before that time. :o

.........and anyway, your neighbours have complained about the noise coming from those drying nappies flapping all night in the breeze. They're happy that you can't sleep either.

They are taking up a collection to buy you some disposable nappies. Just make sure you put the dirty ones in the bin and don't try to flush them down the toot. :D
