I'm in Phetchaburi today visiting the in-laws. We thought we'd escape the floods in Cha Am but it seems it's just as bad, if not worse up here!

Here are some pics of the river after all the rainfall we've had the past couple of days. It's almost up to road level and a guy from the water company was telling my Mrs that they will spend most of Sunday pumping more water into to ease water levels at the dam in Kaeng Krachan, this guy reckoned that it would be likely that those living close to the river would be flooded in the next day or so.
