P & P travel in CM still in business?

Featured Replies

I've used this firm in the past, but they have not responded recently to 3 emails I have sent them. Are they out of business, or is there a more responsive company to use? I have not had good results with telephone conversations with any Thai business (go figure) and have found emails to be more reliable as well as documentable. Any info would be appreciated.

Never bother with email in Thailand. Pick up the phone and call them. They are there.

Are they on Thaphai Gate road ? If so they were open 6 months ago that i know of .

They were open last week. He/she never picked up the phone to call them. Thais do not like to bother answering email. I haven't bothered with email here in years (other than confirming bank account numbers for transfers).

There are other travel agents who use email effectively, such as Travel Shop and SEA Tours.

Screw the middleman, use the internet. wink.png

While it's true that most email inquiries within Thailand go unanswered, Pidet at the Travel Shoppe is email-savvy. A number of ThaiVisa members can vouch for him.

last time i used P and P (2 yrs ago)... i was in USA and had to change my flight 4 different times... i emailed the

shop and each time they confirmed my change within 24 hrs...

that was then... don't know what is going on now.

Khun Pidet at travel Shoppe is a good man, very helpful.

As Jackr said. why not just use the internet-or do other TV members find some advantage in using an agent??
