Need help with a problem with windows 8.1

I need help disconnecting my question mark slash key from a shortcut. Since I upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1 my question mark slash key does not type the question mark or slash.....it will only open a side bar for "project to a connected screen". I have search all the settings, done all kind of seaches to try and find out how to get that key back to typing a question mark and slash. You wouldn't think not having that key would affect much, but I can't even type my address without it.

1- Maybe some of your Keyboard keys are stuck (try cleaning your keyboard)

I start getting strange things too when the circuit layout traces on the keyboard membrane start to go bad.

concur, replace the keyboard

Brand new laptop.......only done this since upgrading to windows 8.1
