Yet other than your opinion about Por 162, I doubt you will be able to cite one Thai tax advisor that supports your reading of that. But I would be happy to be proven wrong about that. People should realize the mainstream reading at this time is that disbursements from IRAs Roth and Trad, and 401Ks are fully accessible if remitted (but under the DTA not subject to U.S. tax). Nothing about reading them as "savings" and nothing about looking into the underlying investments WITHIN them. -

I think the Scots make Scotch Whiskey, the Irish make Irish Whiskey and Americans make Bourbon (corn) whiskey, Rye whiskey, sour-mash whiskey, wheat whiskey and single-malt.
