Singkhon border crossing

Featured Replies

Hi Guys & Gals

Just wondered if anyone has up to date info about this crossing as to whether you can now use it for border run or is there still no way to get across without a visa.

Thanks in advance for any info.

nop open yet. period.

there has been misleading info on TV before but it's not open yet.

Went up there about a month ago and they just said not open.

Been told today that Kanachaburi is now open for border crossings

Where do Hua Hin expats go for extensions of stay and other related immigration items? I assume there is only one immigration office that covers all of the Pracuap Khiri Khan province down from Hua Hin to Bang Saphan Noi and location is in /hua hin.

For the moment it is here but have heard it is moving again

Hua Hin Immigration
The Hua Hin immigration office is located on the Canal Road, next to the Three Ladies Restaurant. Heading north from the town centre on Petchkasem Road, take Soi 10 on the left hand side, just after Hua Hin Hospital. Continue up until you reach a T junction and turn left. Immigration is approximatelt 1 km further on on the left hand side. They can issue visa extentions, 90 day reports and re-entry permits, call 032-526556

thank you very much for that info Darren. I guess we'll have to see where thay move to this time if they do again
