i am fine with both options basically, however i think its more common to get one with a operator and all included

For the tractor you can probably find one in a village around where you live, they usually have somebody with one that plows the fields in the area. If that works, the same guy can probably find a backhoe for you. Probably cheaper than getting them in town.

If that does not workout you might try Nim See Sang on the inside access road between the Mae Joe Road and the River, closer to the Mae Joe Road. Don't think you will find one without the operator included.

Long time since I have hired one so can not tell you any useful price information but tractors usually have a fairly standard price for plowing by the rai and hire by the day.
