I am trying to locate some durian orchards on Koh Phangan. I've heard there are some near Khao Ra mountain, as well as a few near Phaeng Waterfall and a lot on the road from Ban Tai to Thong Tapan Noi. Anybody know about these or seen some durian trees on Koh Phangan? Thanks!

Where might they sell them, Antonio? I've not had any in over a month, the abstinence is getting the better of me.

I don't plan to drive to Than Praphat anytime soon, not on my scooter and definitely not in this weather. Renting a proper bike would be a bit excessive cost-wise.

I don't know. I'm not so much a durian lover... You could try in Thong Sala at the Coop Organic shop or at the local market.

    A kingdom for the divine scent of a ripe Khadum Thong...! (And an empire for the fruit itself :P )

    No king of fruits in Thong Sala for now. I'll probably rent a dirt bike one less rainy day & drive around in those parts looking for "dulian" :)

    There is a hydroponic place up in thar hills too, but for stuff like lettuce..... I think..... it's not easy to get too though.... ...w00t.gif
