I got given a Chelsea trivia book for a present yesterday, and there are hundreds of facts that the man-in-the-street does not know.

For instance, how many of you staunch Man U fans know that Sir Matt Busby played for Chelsea in the war years?

or that Stamford Bridge was built for Fulham FC, but they turned it down, and Chelsea Football Club was formed.

Another interesting fact is that in the Television shows with the biggest audiences in England,we all know the 1966 World cup final came tops, but how many people knew that at No 6, just ahead of Charles & Di's wedding, came the 1970 F.A. Cup Final REPLAY, bewteen Chelsea & Leeds with just over 30,000,000 viewers.
