Hi,

Looking for a Chemistry tutor for a daughter taking AP Chemistry. What's the best way to search one out? A bulletin board card at CMU?

I know a graduate student studying organic chemistry at CMU who tutors undergraduates and occasionally high school students. I think she is currently helping an international school student prepare for AP exams. She can speak English but she isn't fluent. Does your daughter speak Thai?

Thanks, but I should have mentioned earlier that my daughter doesn't speak Thai.

Unfortunately that makes your search much more difficult. You can try adverstising at local universities, but students in the sciences that are fluent in English are rare. Have you asked the teachers at your daughter's school for recommendations?

Good luck.
