I'm still confused about this contest. Posted Image

First it was posts.

Then it was agreed it was not posts, but THREADS.

Now mention that it's actually about only the OP of threads.

So which is it?

There is a difference between an OP of a thread and the ENTIRETY of a thread, you know?

Nothing wrong with confusion....just link a thread and maybe it will make the shortlist.

Choose soon and leave a link as I will make the shortlist in a couple of days so we can pick a winning thread. :D

The OP of this thread has already corrected himself and proclaimed it is about THREADS and not posts. Now a mention that it is about OPs. Since the OP apparently wasn't precise enough to make himself CLEAR in his OP, I think it is reasonable to ask him to further clarify:

 

Option 1: Only the OP of a thread

Option 2: The ENTIRE thread

 

We already have confirmation it is not about ONE post (unless he meant the one post being the OP). 

 

Come on now, if you're going to have a contest, don't you think it should be very clear WHAT the contest actually is about?

Take a deep breath JT. :P

I think I've got it now.

He wants links of threads.

He's not saying whether the contest is about the ENTIRE thread or only about the OP.

So deal with the ambiguity I suppose 'cause he da man.

Mate, I knew that, I've even been a band that performed that version on stage.

I thought everyone knew it.

Which is why I went the opposite way.

I thought as much! Respect on the cover band story. My only claim to fame was appearing onstage with Matthew Corbett and Sooty and Sweep playing a set of invisible bagpipes.

One of the gigs I did , we were the support act for The Bay City Rollers.

After they slumped, I don't like to talk about it.
