BANGKOK: -- Thai Airways International (THAI) continues to provide normal services on December 9.

In an announcement, the national airline said that it has prepared precautionary measures and plans regarding demonstrations and reassures passengers that THAI continues to provide normal services.

Passengers flying THAI flights to Suvarnabhumi Airport are advised to plan travel time of at least 4 hours prior to flight departure, due to heavy road traffic anticipated in several areas of Bangkok metropolitan as a result of political demonstrations.

Meanwhile, the Government Housing Bank announced Monday that its branches at the Government Complex and Rajdamnoen would remain closed on December 9 and December 11.
