Looking for accommodation in Phuket near airport

Hello

I have just signed a renewable 3 months contract (until March 9, if contract not renewed) to work as a Sommelier Consultant in a five star resort very close to the airport in Phuket (Nai Yang).

I currently live in Phuket Town: my condo rental contract expires December 27.

I am looking for a short term accommodation around the airport/Nai Yang starting around December 20/25, with possibility to stay longer if my contract is renewed. At least 2 or 3 months from now on (I started my contract December 9).

My budget is around 10000THB/month, but slightly flexible depending on the market. Ideally, I am looking for a place with a garden, one bedroom is enough, and all what I need: fridge, cooking corner/kitchen, good internet connection, etc (TV not mandatory).

I have been living in Thailand for over 2 years, including 6 months in Phuket, and I have always had a job in a reputable company or 5 stars hotels.
