Need to be in Hua Hin Downtown area, or just outside of it if need be, plan to rent a motorbike, so not to far from the center anyway

Anyone know of any short term rental spots that you would suggest that have kitchens and Internet?

Also does anyone have any good Long Term Rental Hua hin Web sites they can share?

Try Phatsaporn apartments (big yellow building) in soi 41 opposite Ham, Meat and Bacon. No kitchen but they are very nice apartments for under 10,000 baht a month, and very close to town. I stayed there 2 years as for the price I couldn't find anywhere nicer. They'll clean the room etc for a small additional charge, they have WiFi Internet (4 mbps per person, accessible by password unique to each room). There is also parking and night time security.
