I haven't run Google Earth for a while and after finishing my new computer installed it. However it seems to restrict the viewable resolutions to a limited area now. Did they change the free version to limited capabilities. Example, if I fly to Chiang Mai, the city proper shows up fine with full resolution but if I try to zoom in to Hang Dong it will not show that region in high resolution. Example below. I also used their latest version and my original version with the same problem. And yes, the streaming shows 100% and no matter how long I wait it stays the same.
