I live in Koh Phangan and i have an electric motor that need to be rewinded it is a 220v monophase motor. Does anybody know a good shop to contact that can do the job.

If it is not in Phangan it's ok, i can deliver it anywhere in Thailand

On Koh Samui main road coming from Nathon about 100mtr left hand side before turning left to go to Maenam resort. You will see all electric motors on footpath and inside shop he's been there for year's. If Jimmy passes he might take a phot and post.

This is the first place that came to mind, reading the OP's question, it is actually close to where I live... so when I head into town tomorrow, I'll get a snap and try and get a number.... I know they are not good with English, so you'll need someone to speak in Thai! .... at least on the phone.... wink.png

    OK the number is 081 894 1535... Somchai... I think the wife ... I gathered from hubby she speaks a little bit English!

    It's a no name shop!

    If you come Lomprayah ferry, turn left toward Maenam and it would be about one KM along the ring road on left side...

    This is headed toward centre of Maenam!
