Nimman area is one of the best in town, and this property is located right on Soi 9. Close to a great massage place, Fah Sai, down the road from Monkey Club, and Starbucks. Plus all the other great places in Nimman.

This is a three story house, one bathroom on each floor. Two bedrooms on the top floor, and two bedrooms on the middle floor. A huge kitchen, with lots of counter space, cupboards, fridge, stove and oven. The house has 3BB 30MB fibre for high speed Internet. Each room in the house has AC (total of 5 AC units). Also a ping pong table for some fun.

The one room for rent is on the second floor, and has a balcony on the back of the house facing North (helps keep the room cool in the hot months).

There are currently two other Canadian guys living there with me age 26 and 29. Fantastic roommates but I found myself a lady to live with here so I am moving out.
